Receiving funds from the My Main Street program will enable us to significantly enhance our impact on the local Centretown community and economy, creating a vibrant, inclusive, and sustainable environment. By investing in new equipment, marketing initiatives, and essential staffing, we will expand our operations and deepen our community engagement.
Buying more preparation tables and expanding our freezer capacity will increase our production of artisanal bakery goods, allowing us to supply more local businesses and participate in more community events. This growth will enable us to buy more ingredients from local farmers and suppliers, boosting the local economy and promoting sustainability. Revamping our farmers' market booth will make our products more accessible to a diverse audience, providing a welcoming space for community members to gather, connect, and enjoy high-quality, locally-produced food.
